Item: Pineapple fried rice

While dining at a friend’s restaurant in Beijing, pineapple rice was served as a main dish. To be honest, I’m unsure of the origins of pineapple fried rice (though I think it’s Thai) but it doesn’t matter where it’s from as long as it’s delicious 😉
