(Photo taken by friend) Pad priggaeng – thick, spicy stir-fry with red curry paste, fresh chillies, peppers, lime leaves, green beans, and chicken. There are only a handful of Thai restaurants in Glasgow but each is excellent. Thairiffic is certainly a great find and I will be back!
