“Cheek”

This was one of the first things that I ate during my first trip to Spain, which was with my friend LS. It was a tapas dish that was called “cheek” on the menu, and we got it simply out of curiosity. Till this day I’m still unsure what it was, but it must have been pork cheek or ox cheek…I mean what else could it be?!
