Item: Home-made “ants climbing a tree”, 家常螞蟻上樹

(Photo taken by friend) Fortunately no real ants were involved in the making of dish, which is a Chinese classic named “ants climbing a tree” because apparently it looks like ants climbing on branches. No worries, it is actually just glass noodles with ground pork. My friend WQ made this for a dinner invitation and I didn’t get a chance to try much because it was supposedly so good that it was mostly gone before I could grab any! Not quick enough for good food, hmph!
