Stir-fried beef noodles is a very common Cantonese dish that can be found in almost every Chinese restaurant. The dish is so classic that it’s used to evaluate a chef’s skill. Apparently, the first test that a Chinese apprentice chef must pass is the art of making the perfect stir-fried noodles. When made right, it is truly one of the top delicacies you could ever taste 😉
