There are always bound to be several indulgent meals every time I go home and this was one of them during the summer. I made mussels in white wine the way I made them for my dad in France, my mom brought back the most amazing white chicken from her workplace. In addition, we got crispy roasted pork belly, roasted duck, pan-fried fish (caught on our own), and the freshest choi sum ever. What a meal!!!
