“Huajuan”, which is literally translated as “flower roll”, is a popular breakfast food in China. Normally it’s just a boring bunch of flour rolled into a flower shape and infused with scallion flavour. This shop made extra-huge ones with added minced meat for extra flavour. Definitely loved the juiciness and meatiness in each bite 😉
