Bingfen is a summer dessert made of iced jelly with a variety of toppings. During a hike, a lady was selling it on the streetside in a cart, and of course the summer weather called for some cooling down! Here I got one with mixed fruits and tapioca pearls – very refreshing after a hike on a hot day indeed.
