I can’t remember whether this was pork or beef (it was 15 years ago in Taiwan!) but now that I think about it, it was probably beef rib. I got it (premade) from a convenience store in Hsinchu when I was there for an internship and it tasted so great that I was genuinely surprised that a convenience store sold such good food :O
