This was one of my earliest cooking experiments, when I as doing co-op at Notre-Dame. Obviously I didn’t quite know how to use a camera also because the photo turned out super out-of-focus when taken close-up. Anyway, seems like I stir-fried some broccoli and separately sauteed squid, shrimp, and onions. I’d like to think that it turned out well (it was probably alright), and maybe I should redo this, now that 13 years have gone by… 😛
