This is another one of those Teochew street snacks that don’t necessarily look appetizing (heck, a lot of Teochew street food doesn’t look appetizing…) but turned out surprisingly delicious. Soft, sticky glutinous rice with fillings was stuffed into stretchy, chewy pig intestines and cut into bite-size pieces. This was then topped with a sweet sauce and dannnnnnnng it was amazing. Never judge a book by its cover and never judge street food by its appearance…!
