To be honest, I’m not sure if “Thai-style” pineapple fried rice is actually Thai, even though it’s on the menu of almost every Thai restaurant I’ve been to. I have a feeling that it’s more like “modified-Thai” though…anyway, still ordered it. Not a breathtaking dish, but it was flavourful and full of various textures (pineapple, nuts, pork floss, etc.)
