When I first arrived in Wuhan and moved into a new place, my kitchen wasn’t set up and I hadn’t started working. Often I would get take-out/delivery lunch meals at home, which are super convenient. This was one of the meals that I had – crispy chicken and spicy meat, with half an egg, some veggies, and an extra sausage. Not bad, but too meaty and heavy!
