Hand-pulled chicken is one of my favourite chicken dishes and as much as I love eating it, I love making it! Best of all, it’s so simple to make and the very high taste-to-effort ratio makes it an ideal item on during a dinner gathering. If I were inviting you to my place for dinner for the first time, there’s a 85% chance that this hand-pulled chicken will make an appearance. Don’t forget to dip it in an abundance of ginger scallion sauce!
