Described as “Thailand’s favourite street food dish, minced chicken stir fry with chopped green beans, garlic, chillies and basil leaves, served with jasmine rice and topped with a fried egg.” It’s got an “S” rating for spicy and it was definitely hot, but what is Thai food without spiciness? It also seems like Thai cuisine uses a lot of basil, which I quite like. The only down side of this dish was…that it was too small! I couldn’t get enough of the spicy minced chicken and only wanted more after I finished!
