(Photo taken by friend) I have some friends who are secretly amazing chefs, and it’s always a treat to be invited over for dinner. Pork belly is delicious, especially in this home-made version of the classic Sichuanese dish, “twice-cooked” pork. I might be in love…and will have to visit this friend’s place more often!
