This is a dessert with a very beautiful name in Chinese that literally translates to “sweet dew from a willow tree”. Apparently it is the name of the holy water that belongs to a Buddhist goddess as legends say. Really though, it is made of grapefruit, mango, mango juice, and sago, which is the little pearl-like balls that look like transparent tapioca bubbles.
