I love broccoli and I think people who hate it just haven’t had it cooked the right way – in a wok 😀 Lately I’ve made salmon quite often because it is convenient and delicious. I like to just sear the outside and leave the inside relatively raw so it’s almost sashimi-like. Add in some broccoli stir-fried in an abundant amount of garlic and there you have the simplest meal possible!
