Arroz negro, or “black rice”, is a delicious Spanish dish of squid with rice cooked in squid ink. It might sound strange at first but the squid ink-covered rice was surprisingly flavourful and tasty. I might even be tempted to say that I preferred this over the regular paella…*gasp*!
