Item: Coconut-stuffed green Thai pancakes

Pandan pancakes filled with nutty caramelised roasted coconut laced with sesame seeds and melting vanilla cream – sounded too tempting not to try. The coconut filling was way too sweet for me but would probably have been perfect for one with a sweet tooth!
