Item: Mixed fried rice, 雜錦炒飯

When I make fried rice, I like to add the following: shrimp, crab sticks, mixed veggies (including peas, corn, baby carrots, green beans, and cabbage), and yes, spam! Though I don’t make it often, it is one of the things that reminds me very much of the taste of home!
