Item: Pork bone soup with carrots and daikon radish, 蘿蔔豬骨湯

This pork bone soup is very similar tothe one that I posted before, except that instead of potatoes, I added daikon radish. Daikon is known as “white carrots” in Chinese so this might as well just be a pork bone soup with various types of carrots. The best thing about this? The gigantic chunks of marrow in the huge pieces of bone, of course!
