Item: Fish fillets stir-fried with okra and chilli sambal sauce

For my first experience with dine-out Malaysian cuisine in Glasgow, I ordered this dish without knowing that okra was involved. I am rather fond of okra, even though it has a strange mushy interior texture. It went quite well with the fish fillets and sambal sauce but as the dish was so savoury and spicy, we did need quite a bit of coconut rice to go with it!
