Ox and Finch serves exquisite tapas-style dishes and I was keen to try some of the items on the menu. This one was described as “blade of beef, shiitake and chestnut mushrooms, celeriac, and potato rösti”. Noteworthy was the beef itself, which was possibly the most tender pieces of beef I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting!
