Quebec-style lunch

As a Canadian, I’m not too sure what a “Quebec-style” lunch is supposed to be, but that was what they served us at the World Biomaterials Congress in Montreal. On the plate we’ve got smoked salmon (incidentally this is the third consecutive post featuring some sort of salmon), beets, asparagus, cheese (possibly Gruyère but I can’t be sure), and some sort of liver pâté (totally not a fan!) I enjoyed most of it, just…not the pâté, no thanks!
