French culture has had a big influence in Vietnam and during my travels in Southeast Asia, my friend and I decided to have one meal at a French restaurant. As I’ve lived in Southwestern France, I was very familiar with magret de canard (duck breast) dishes, so I opted to try it in Vietnam. Quite decent, but definitely can’t compare with the ones in Bordeaux!
