Item: Salmón a la llama con ensalada de quinoa

The only two words I recognized in the name of this dish were “salmon” and “quinoa”. I don’t usually order salmon when I eat out because I feel like it’s so easy to make salmon at home, but at Naia, I chose to try it. And it was a wise choice because it was so good! The flamed grilled salmon was perfectly made and delicately laid out on a bed of quinoa salad, making it a light yet delicious dinner. I would go back just for this!
