The tapas at Celso y Manolo was fantastic and one of my favourites was this one, translated as “Nine ingredients salad” (somehow I have the impression that the literal translation would be so much more interesting). The ingredients were lettuce, fresh cheese, tomato tartar, green asparagus, avocado, mango, dried grapes, pinenuts, and honey vinaigrette. The mixture of all the fruits and vegetable was a phenomenal combination and an excellent starter for our beautiful meal!
