Lapin à la Kriek is French for “rabbit in Kriek beer sauce”. Apparently carbonade flamande (beef cooked in beer) isn’t the only Belgian specialty of cooking meat in beer – rabbit is certainly a new curiosity for me (though honestly I forgot how it tasted as I only had one bite from a friend’s dish XD)
