Stir-fried Chinese water spinach

Item: Stir-fried Chinese water spinach, 清炒通菜\空心菜

I really don’t know the correct English name of this vegetable that we call “ung choi” or “tung choi” in Cantonese, and searches tell me that it’s something like “Chinese water spinach”. Notwithstanding, it is one of my favourite vegetables, especially when my mom stir fries it with nothing but garlic…loads of garlic. I always believe that you could never have too much garlic, hah!
