Item: Traditional Cantonese moon cake

Moon cakes are a must for the traditional mid-autumn festival in Chinese families. I don’t know about other varieties, but as a Cantonese, we usually eat the Cantonese-style moon cakes consisted of white lotus seed paste and salted egg yolks. I’ve tried others (ones with nut fillings, for example) but my favourite still remains to be the Cantonese-style!
