It’s been a while since I’ve had Thai food in Toronto, and the first meal with LS-san back in Toronto was at Khao San Road, a restaurant-bar in downtown. Khao soi is egg noodles made with golden curry, coconut milk, crispy noodles, scallions, coriander, lime, and of course beef. I loved the combination of crispy egg noodles with curry, and the beef was tender and flavourful. Great experience!
