Item: Roast duck and pork Christmas dinner

I visited Copenhagen at a time when Christmas festivities were beginning to take over the city, including, of course, the famous Danish Christmas dinner. My friend Ara and I wanted to try the traditional Christmas smorgasbord, but all of the restaurants serving it were full! We settled for a set Christmas meal with roast duck, roast pork, crispy pork skin, caramel potatoes, red cabbage…there was probably more stuff on the plate, but I can’t remember exactly. Oh dear, what a satisfyingly filling and yummy meal and definitely a unique Christmas experience!
