Item: Baked butter garlic onion mussels

This is one simple recipe for one delicious dish. Boil mussels and separate the shells. Lay mussels on aluminum foil in a baking pan. Finely chop onions and garlic and saute them in an abundant amount of butter. Pour a spoonful over each mussel and add some shredded cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes, and voilà!
