Peiguang made the magret de canard as a main dish for the 2012 Christmas meal. Magret de canard, or duck breast, is a speciality in the south-western regions of France, where Bordeaux is located. I don’t know where Peiguang found the recipe and how she managed to do it, but the taste and presentation were exceptional and restaurant-worthy 🙂
